Arrived at Reina Beatrix Airport, immediately greeted by our VIP Meet & Greet Guide (Rushaline [spelling off, apologize]). She was amazing. Our name was prominently displayed and found her easily. She took charge of our luggage right off the bat and guided us through the customs and arrival process efficiently and quickly. Once through governmental processes, she connected us with our AmStar Representative and private transport. We were given our return information at that time as well. Departure from Riu: Our driver from AmStar was right on time, assisted with the luggage and away we went. The vehicle was brand new and the driver was professional and courteous. Once we arrived at the airport, we were greeted by our VIP Experience guide, Gerard Halley (highly recommend this gentleman). He was extremely efficient and professional and whisked us through everything and got us to US Customs in a very short time. The fast-track process is truly fast. We were thorough in no time at all and if it had not been for Gerard would have been waiting in lines forever it seems. Gerard was patient, helped with an app to facilitate our trek through the process, and delivered us to the VIP Lounge faster than fast. Note: if there are no receptionists at the VIP Lounge when you get there, make sure you ask your VIP Guide for a card or something. After Gerard saw us settled and left, we took turns exploring the various shops located near our gate. My husband returned to the lounge with no trouble, but there was some confusion about my getting back in. Snacks and beverages were adequate at the Lounge as we did not want to stuff ourselves since we had dinner waiting on the flight back home. Great Service and when we travel, we will look for this service as it made the trip much more enjoyable!”

My wife, my 2 daughters and I were in line to leave AUA back to the USA. We saw a representative from First Class Experience Aruba and enthusiastically accepted the invitation to use their services - and HOW FORTUNATE we did! Due to a computer glitch, my older daughter's flight ticket home was corrupted, preventing her boarding pass from being read at the initial security checkpoint. The staff at First Class assisted us in working with the ticket agent to resolve this issue, staying with us the entire time. Once the issue was resolved, they whisked us through the numerous checkpoints, saving well over an hour and getting us to the gate well before boarding. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly friendly and helpful, communicating the issues between several staff members to optimize our progress from the ticket desk to the gate. Specifically, Jeanne-Beneth, Rucheline and Alvaro went above and beyond to make sure things went very smoothly despite the airplane ticket issues. In sum, the efforts by these wonderful people made every penny of the cost of the First Class service well worth it! Will DEFINITELY use First Class when we return to Aruba!!”

So we decided to book First Class Experience Aruba. When we arrived it was a madhouse, long lines, lots of people, and hot inside the terminal because of such a crowd. We arrived a few minutes early, but shortly our wonderful Hostess, Weslyn, was there. We couldn't believe it, we walked past everyone right to the front. Weslyn was wonderful, considerate, professional, and glided us right through. What would have taken over 2 hours took us 30 minutes. She escorted us to the lounge and from there we relaxed and waited for our flight. It was a first time, First Class Experience for us and would do it again in a heartbeat. We used First Class Aruba for our departure from Aruba On Saturday 10/2/2021- Best decision!! Stephany met us At the gate and let us through the very crowed airport in Less than an hour. The crowds departing on that particular day were extremely heavy- there was a line just getting in the door to the airline check-in and the line for security was down the entire hallway. We bypassed all of the lines, went through Global Entry, and were in the VIP lounge in 50 minutes. It was unbelievable! We normally plan on Spending over 2 hours even with the global entry. MY husband and I booked this company for our arrival Into Aruba, the Experience was top notch and the service impeccable. We were met at the arrivals area by Stephany she immediately welcomed us, Took our paperwork and passports and navigated us through all the lines at the airport. We only needed to follow her and she did the rest. Very professional and very friendly when we saw the line that we were able to bypass with this service, we realized our money was well spent! Once through, Stephany escorted us to Our driver who then took us to our hotel. After hearing some horror stories about departure on a weekend, we last minute called to see if they could host us for the departure and they were able to! They promptly picked u up at the hotel and brought us to the airport. When we got there and saw the chaos around us and the huge lines and tense travelers we knew we had made the right choice once again. This time we were met by Ana Patricia, she too was efficient and friendly, taking our papers and passports and leading the way. One again we bypassed all the lines as she took us through all the stops to get us to our departure gate. It was quick and seamless. This time around we were also able to wait for our Flight in the VIP lounge , here you can relax, eat some snacks and enjoy the bar. This is a GREAT service and well worth the additional money. Believe me when I tell you this service takes the stress away. We will always use this service when visiting Aruba.”
