How will I know who my VIP attendant is?

Your VIP attendant will be holding a sign with your name on it at the end of the arrival bridge.

I’m coming to Aruba with my spouse and children, can I book your services for a whole family?

Yes, for family (4 or more) or other group pricing, please contact us at reservations@firstclassaruba.com or info@firstclassaruba.com

How far in advance should I make my booking?

Sooner is always better than later! If you wait to make your booking within 24 hours your arrival or departure, you’ll be charged an additional USD $30

What about tipping?

Our VIP attendants do not expect to be tipped. If, however, you feel their service to you has been exceptional, feel free to tip. Note: Our prices do include tipping baggage handlers, so you don’t have to worry about that.

How can you “fast-track” airport procedures and formalities?

Fast-tracking differs from airport to airport. When it comes to Aruba’s airport, we have the local on-site knowledge and insider connections to streamline your movement through all airport procedures.

What do I do if there’s a problem?

If your flight’s timing changes, your VIP attendant will already be tracking those changes and making adjustments to your schedule. If any other problems come up, you’ll have a phone number you can call to check in with us

Does the US rules and regulations apply throughout the US Pre-Clearance area?

Yes, The US rules and regulations apply for processing through the US Pre-clearance areas.
