New Protocol & Procedure at Arrival

• Greeted by a VIP professional host at the top of the arrival escalators at the arrival corridor.
• We highly recommend our guest to download via Play Store “Aruba Health App” prior to arrival & answer all questions.
• Assistance to have all documents at hand & Explanation of new strict procedures
• We guide our guest out of the crowd or any line’s prior to documents check
• Expedited through the documents control line at the arrival hallway
• Expedited through immigration.
• Our Host will assist with your baggage’s.
• NEW: Airport of ARUBA has taken away the Luggage cart, there are many  porters for the crowd.
• NEW: For the time being we are not allowed to offer the VIP arrival VIP Club Lounge.
• NEW: We will escort guests first in line to the local customs line, guest luggage’s must go through customs machine check. We assist with luggage’s.
• NEW: After customs, guest slide into the Obligatory health control check point* or if all documents are in order & does not have to do the test, we slide through the meet and greet area up to outside the building to your transportation.
• Host will await guest at the arrival meet and greet hallway, if guest needs to do the test and after escort the guest to their designated ground transportation, outside the building.
